Update on Bali flights

Scoot is closely monitoring the situation in Bali, Indonesia with regards to the eruption of Mount Agung. As of now, we are operating flights out of Denpasar Airport.

As the situation remains fluid, guests are advised to update their contact details to receive notifications on their flights, and to check our website regularly for updates.

Passengers already booked to travel on Scoot to and from Bali in the travel period ‪27 Nov to 11 Dec have the option of cancelling their bookings for a full refund, rebooking on other Bali flights (outbound travel must commence by 31 January 2018), or rebooking on other Scoot destinations. Change fees are waived, but fare differences may apply.

Passengers can contact our call centre for assistance, but due to high call volumes, passengers who wish to have their tickets refunded are advised to call in at a later stage and Scoot will honour these requests.
