Seat selection is not complimentary, unless you’re eligible for complimentary seat selection (for KrisFlyer Elite Silver / Elite Gold / PPS members or KrisFlyer UOB cardholders) or are travelling with a KrisFlyer member who has an eligible benefit. If you have purchased a Value Bundle or Flex Bundle, standard seat selection is already included in your bundle benefits.

You'll be assigned an available seat during check-in if you don't select a seat in advance. If you're travelling with others, your group may not be seated together. To secure seats together, we recommend selecting your seats before you fly.

If you have completed Web Check-in, you can still purchase or change your seat up to 2 hours before departure, subject to seat availability and any applicable fees.

If you're travelling with a child, you and your child may not be automatically assigned seats together. If you'd like to secure specific seats for yourself and your child, we recommend selecting them before your flight. Seats can be purchased up to 2 hours before departure, subject to seat availability and applicable fees.

You may purchase up to two additional seats at least 72 hours before your scheduled flight departure, subject to availability. Prevailing fare will be applicable for each extra seat that you purchase. Please note that Economy or ScootPlus benefits will not apply to additional seats.
