1,000 bonus KrisFlyer Miles
- To use the reward, input your KrisFlyer membership details in your booking on FlyScoot.com. The name and email address used in your booking must match that of your KrisFlyer profile.
- The 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles will be automatically awarded upon the completion of your next flight on Scoot, and can only be credited once to the recipient of the reward.
- The flight operated by Scoot must be completed within the validity period of the reward. There will be no extension of the eligibility period for the bonus miles to be awarded.
- The bonus KrisFlyer miles will be awarded only when the miles earned on the flight segment operated by Scoot are accrued to your KrisFlyer account. It will take up to 4 weeks after your flight for the accrued miles to be reflected in your KrisFlyer account.
- Flights that are fully paid with miles or Scoot vouchers are not eligible for the bonus KrisFlyer miles.
- The reward is only applicable on itineraries that comprise of
- only Scoot flights; or
- only Scoot and Singapore Airlines flights.
20% Discount Voucher on Scoot
- Redemption of the 20% Scoot Discount Voucher shall be in accordance with this link.
- To receive and utilise the reward on FlyScoot.com, your KrisFlyer membership details must include a valid first name, last name, and email address.
- The reward can only be used once. There is no minimum spend required to utilise this reward.
- To enjoy the reward, log in to FlyScoot.com with your KrisFlyer account and include your KrisFlyer membership details in your booking. The name and email address used in your booking must match that of your KrisFlyer profile and reward.
- The recipient of this reward must be included in the booking. Name change is not permitted after the booking is completed.
- The discount only applies to the base fare and cannot be applied on Group bookings, MICE bookings, Award Chart bookings and bookings with the “Cancel Your Trip” product.
- Any portion of the transaction value offset using this reward shall not be eligible for accrual of KrisFlyer miles or Elite miles.

KrisFlyer PPS Club, Elite Gold and Elite Silver member(s) in your travelling group can enjoy:
- Upgraded baggage allowance: Extra 5kg when you purchase at least 20kg check-in baggage. Check-in baggage must be purchased at least 24 hours before departure
Baggage upgrades will be added to your booking 24 hours after the booking is confirmed and you will receive an email notification.
Your travelling group will also receive the following complimentary benefits when flying with Scoot:
- Seat: Preferred/Standard Seat selection
- BoardMeFirst: Priority check-in and boarding across all Scoot stations, subject to operational constraints.
- Change Your Flight (One-Time): One-time change fee waiver when you change your flight date/time (only for travelling groups with PPS or Elite Gold members). Please note top up for fare differences may apply accordingly.
Terms and Conditions
- These benefits apply when you make a confirmed booking with an eligible KrisFlyer number. The KrisFlyer PPS, Elite Gold or Elite Silver member must be part of their travelling group for the entire group to enjoy the benefits.
- Additional charges for seat selection may apply when non-eligible seats are selected. Complimentary Preferred/Standard seat selection only applies to independent bookings made directly on the flyscoot.com website.
- BoardMeFirst service is available at all Scoot stations, subject to operational constraints. Find out more here.
- If there are fare differences for the change in date and/or time of flight, additional top-ups may be required. Change in flight destination is not allowed.

Q) Can I earn PPS Value and Elite Miles for Scoot operated flights?
A: PPS Value will not be awarded for Scoot-operated flights.
However, Elite miles will be earned on Scoot-operated flights. Earn 2.5 Elite miles for every KrisFlyer mile earned from flying on Scoot. Elite miles are used to track towards the next KrisFlyer membership tier such as Elite Silver and Elite Gold status. Find out more here.
Q) I was not a PPS or KrisFlyer Elite Gold/Silver member when I created my booking on Scoot. Subsequently, my tier was upgraded to PPS or Elite Gold/Silver. Will I enjoy the PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold/Silver benefits?
A: You will enjoy these benefits if you are upgraded to PPS or Elite Gold/Silver membership tier at least 24 hours before your flight. The benefits will be automatically accorded within 24 hours from the time of your upgraded membership tier.
No refund will be given for previously purchased ancillaries that overlap with the PPS benefits offered.
Q) Do I get to enjoy the PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold/Silver benefits on Scoot if I made my booking via Singapore Airlines (ticket number starts with 618)?
A: If your booking is made at least 24 hours before departure via Singapore Airlines, you will enjoy your PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold/Silver benefits.
For PPS Club and Elite Gold members, there is an additional benefit of Change Your Flight (One-Time): One-time change fee waiver when you change your flight date/time. Please contact Singapore Airlines for any flight changes. Singapore Airlines fare rules apply.
