Who is eligible to purchase any of Scoot's fare bundles?

All customers who book directly through the Scoot website or mobile app are eligible to purchase our product bundles while booking their flights.

Can I purchase a Fare Bundle for only one person in my booking itinerary?

No, Fare Bundles apply to all customers within the same booking itinerary. To customise ancillary add-ons for each customer, you may purchase them separately on the add-ons page when making your flight booking. For bookings with infants, product bundles would not be applicable to the infant booking.

Can I purchase different product bundles for different individuals in one booking itinerary?

No, you may only purchase one type of Fare Bundle per flight, and it will apply to all customers within the same booking itinerary. Should you wish to purchase different product bundles for different individuals in your travelling group, please make separate flight bookings.

I have selected the Flex fare bundle for one of my flight sectors. Why am I unable to select the same bundle for the rest of my flight sectors?

If you purchase a Flex product bundle, Change Your Flight will apply to your entire booking. This means that if your booking itinerary includes two or more sectors, Change Your Flight would apply to all flight sectors at no additional cost. You may still purchase any other available product bundle for the rest of your flight sectors.

I have purchased a fare bundle. If I decide to upgrade my baggage allowance or seat, will I be eligible for additional discounts?

You will not be eligible for additional discounts for upgrades to baggage allowance or seat if you have purchased a fare bundle. You would be required to top-up the difference in price, if any.

I have purchased a fare bundle but have forgotten to select my seat(s) while booking my flight. What should I do?

You will still be able to select your seat(s) if you log into the Manage My Booking portal.

My booking includes Unaccompanied Minor(s). Why am I unable to select a seat?

If you have Unaccompanied Minor(s) in your booking itinerary, you will only be able to select your seats at the airport check-in counter.

I am a KrisFlyer Elite Silver / Elite Gold / PPS member / KrisFlyer UOB cardholder. Will I be charged for seats when I purchase a fare bundle since I am already eligible for complimentary seats?

Eligible KrisFlyer Elite Silver / Elite Gold / PPS members who entered their KrisFlyer membership number when booking their flights would not be charged for standard / preferred seat selection when making their booking.

For KrisFlyer UOB cardholders, bookings must be made via the dedicated KrisFlyer UOB booking flow to enjoy your benefits.

I am a KrisFlyer Elite Gold / PPS member with complimentary Change Your Flight included in my booking itinerary. What would happen if I purchase a Flex product bundle?

KrisFlyer Elite Gold / PPS members currently enjoy one-time complimentary Change Your Flight with their bookings. Should you purchase a Flex product bundle, you would be entitled to unlimited access to Change Your Flight.

What payment currencies are available for my booking?

Depending on your booking channel and payment method, you may be able to choose between the booking currency and your card currency during payment.

For eligible bookings, you may choose to pay in your card currency at checkout.
