要获得本次促销活动的资格，机票兑换必须在2026 年 8 月 14 日（09:00，GMT+8）至 31 日（23:59，GMT+8）期间完成，且出行日期在2026 年 9 月 1 日（00:00，GMT+8）至 30 日（23:59，GMT+8）期间，目的地符合条件要求。
如果行程的任何部分是在促销优惠期后确认的；或超出适用的出行有效期；和/或 (iii) 包含不符合条件的航班，则整个行程将不符合本次促销优惠的参与条件。请将促销优惠出行期间内和期间外的旅行分开预订。
可在 FlyScoot.com 或酷航手机 APP 上完成酷航奖励机票兑换。此服务不适用于通过酷航热线、KrisFlyer 会员服务或新加坡航空公司的预订及售票柜台进行办理。
公布的 KrisFlyer 里程适用于兑换单程奖励机票（仅限基础票价）。兑换里程之外，您还需另行支付税费、附加费用及其他相关收费。持奖励机票者需单独购买增值服务
奖励机票仅可兑换经济舱。目前无法使用里程兑换酷航 Plus 高端经济舱机票，也不支持升舱至酷航 Plus 高端经济舱。飞往吉达的航班目前不开放奖励机票兑换。
除非另有说明，增值服务、税费、附加费用及相关费用，均须按酷航公布票价所规定的币种支付。
本促销活动提供的折扣不适用于机场/政府税费、相关费用和承运人附加费、附属产品或第三方产品和服务的支付。
