Terms and Conditions
These Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Gift Voucher (the “Gift Voucher”) issued by Scoot Pte. Ltd. (“Scoot”):
- The Gift Voucher contains a Gift Voucher Code that entitles the holder to credit (of amount assigned to the Gift Voucher Code) that may be applied towards the booking of a Scoot flight inclusive of base fare and taxes and other add-ons such as meals, seat selection, baggage and Wi-Fi.
- The Voucher cannot be used to pay for any third-party products or services (including but not limited to travel insurance).
- The Gift Voucher is only valid for payment redemption for online bookings at flyscoot.com.
- Up to twenty (20) Gift Voucher Codes may be redeemed per booking, and the Gift Voucher may be used for a maximum of fifty (50) passengers travelling on the same itinerary.
- The Gift Voucher and the Gift Voucher Codes once purchased from Scoot are not refundable.
- The Gift Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or credit, and no cash or credit alternative will be offered if the Gift Voucher Code is not redeemed.
- The Gift Voucher is only valid in the stated currency. If you opt to make payment for a booking in a currency other than the currency stated on the Voucher, Scoot will convert the currency stated on the Gift Voucher to the currency in which payment is made, in accordance with Scoot’s usual and prevailing currency conversion practices.
- The Gift Voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Travel must be booked and redeemed with the Gift Voucher before the Gift Voucher Expiry Date. The Gift Voucher validity period cannot be extended.
- If the value of the itinerary exceeds the Gift Voucher value, you are required to pay the difference with another payment method accepted by Scoot. Processing fees may apply depending on your country of booking and mode of payment.
- If a Gift Voucher balance remains after redemption, it will be forfeited. You cannot apply the same Gift Voucher Code to a subsequent booking.
- The Gift Voucher Code is transferable and may be used by persons other than yourself. As such, it is important that you keep the Gift Voucher Code confidential. Scoot will not be obliged to honour a Gift Voucher if the Gift Voucher Code has already been used by someone else before you.
- Scoot does not accept any responsibility in the event that you are unable to redeem or utilize the Gift Voucher. Scoot will not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or use of the Gift Voucher and/or Gift Voucher Code without permission.
- In the event that you breach any of these terms and conditions, and/or if Scoot reasonably suspects any breach of applicable laws, sanctions or regulations, or any illegal, unlawful or fraudulent activity, you acknowledge and agree that Scoot reserves the right to (i) cancel any bookings, even if payment has been made; (ii) forfeit any Gift Voucher and Gift Voucher Code; and/or (iii) refuse any request for refund; with no liability whatsoever.
- All travel pursuant to the redemption of the Gift Voucher shall be subject to Scoot’s prevailing terms and conditions, policies, regulations and conditions of carriage as may be set out in the respective voucher or such other document evidencing the same, unless expressly notified otherwise by Scoot.
- Scoot reserves the right to amend these Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
