Scoot has reached out to affected customers via their contact details provided, to inform them of the changes to their flights. Affected customers departing from Singapore may rebook on alternative Scoot flights to Indonesia, while those departing from Jakarta may rebook on alternative Scoot flights from Indonesia. Affected customers may also request for a full refund should they choose not to continue with their travel. For bookings made through travel agents or partner airlines, customers have been advised to contact their travel agent or purchasing airline directly for assistance.
