Effective 01 December 2025, meals will no longer be included in our fare offering for the following routes booked on TR marketed flight numbers.

• SIN-TPE vv.
• SIN–TPE–NRT vv.
• SIN–TPE–CTS vv.
• SIN–TPE–ICN vv.

Passengers who wish to enjoy meal service onboard are encouraged to pre‑purchase meals as an add‑on after booking, subject to availability and applicable fees.

This change is part of our ongoing efforts to provide greater flexibility and value that aligns with evolving passenger preferences.

Existing bookings with passengers travelling on the affected routes are encouraged to make the necessary meal selections on Scoot Manage My Booking by 30 November 2025, as meal fees for alternative meal selections would apply from 01 December 2025. Passengers with special dietary requirements who wish to make changes to their meal selection after 01 December 2025 may do so by contacting sales@flyscoot.com for assistance at least 7 days prior to departure.

Entitlements for codeshare flight bookings made with our partner carriers remain unchanged.

Product Update Summary

• Meal was already excluded from TPE–XXX sectors since 02 Jun 2025.
• From 01 Dec 2025, meal will also be excluded from the SIN–TPE sector, meaning one‑stop routings via TPE (SIN–TPE–XXX) will have no meal on both sectors.
• Direct SIN–NRT and SIN–ICN flights remain unchanged with one meal included.
• Passengers on affected routings may pre‑purchase meal as add‑ons after booking, subject to availability and fees.

Passengers who wish to enjoy meal service onboard are advised to pre-purchase them as an add-on after booking, subject to availability with applicable meal fees. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to provide greater flexibility and value that aligns with evolving passenger preferences.

Existing bookings with passengers travelling on the affected routes are encouraged to make the necessary meal selections on Scoot Manage My Booking by 01 June 2025, as meal fees for alternative meal selections will apply from 02 June 2025. Passengers with special dietary requirements who wish to make changes to their meal selection after 02 June 2025 may do so by contacting sales@flyscoot.com for assistance at least 7 days prior to departure.

All codeshare flight bookings made with our partner carriers will continue to enjoy existing entitlements.
