Scoot fares are not refundable, except where required by law or government regulation.
• Cancellations, refunds and credits are not permitted at any time.
• Exception for tickets issued in South Korea. Voluntary refund is allowed with penalty fee, and details are stated in Category 16 OR Category 33. For Category 33 automated refunds, please contact your local GDS Support for the steps and information.
• For Tax refund requests, please must write to sales@flyscoot.com for assistance.
• For 618 ticket refund requests, please email sqrefund_waiver@singaporeair.com.sg for assistance.
