- To qualify for the Promotion, flights must be redeemed between 14 Aug 2026 (0900 hrs, GMT+8) and 31 Aug 2026 (2359 hrs, GMT+8), for travel from 1 Sep 2026 (0000 hrs, GMT+8) and 30 Sep 2026 (2359 hrs, GMT+8) for eligible destinations.
- If any part of the itinerary is confirmed after the Promotion Period; or falls outside the applicable Travel Period; and/or (iii) contains an ineligible flight, the entire itinerary will not be eligible for the promotion. Please split your bookings for travel within and outside the promotional travel period.
- Redemption of Scoot award flights can be done through flyscoot.com or Scoot mobile app. This service is not available via Scoot's Hotline, KrisFlyer Membership Services or Singapore Airlines Reservations and Ticketing offices.
- KrisFlyer miles published are for a one-way award flight (base fare only). Taxes, surcharges and fees are applicable in addition to the redemption mileage required. Add-ons may be purchased separately for award flights
- Award flights are available for redemption on Economy class only. ScootPlus award redemptions and flight upgrades to ScootPlus are not available. Jeddah flights are currently not available for redemption.
- Add-ons, taxes, surcharges and fees are payable in the currency prescribed with our published fares, unless stated otherwise.
- The discount under the promotion does not apply to payment of airport / government taxes, charges and carrier surcharge, ancillary products or third-party products and services.
- Bookings made pursuant to the promotion are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation is also not permitted.
