HighFlyer fare rules

  • Cancellations, refunds and credits are not permitted.
  • Origin/destination changes are not permitted.
  • Flight date, time and/or name changes are permitted up to 4 hours before departure for a fee, plus any applicable difference in fare. Please see the Scoot Fees Chart for current fees.
  • Name changes for any passenger must apply to all flights for that passenger on the booking.
  • If your booking contains flights operated by partner airlines, flight date, time or name changes, and upgrade to ScootPlus, are not permitted for all flights in the booking.
  • Cabin baggage allowance is 10kg (maximum 2 pieces including a laptop/handbag) in Economy and 15kg (maximum 2 pieces including a laptop/handbag) in ScootPlus.
  • .Accrual of HighFlyer points is permitted for HighFlyer accounts when login is performed with a valid corporate login prior to making the booking on Scoot, and when the traveler is a registered corporate traveller of the HighFlyer account. The number of HighFlyer points earned for each eligible flight is the product of the base fare excluding airport taxes, ancillary purchases, third-party purchases, government surcharges, distribution expenses and any other fees in Singapore Dollars, and the accrual rate for the ticketed booking class.
  • Subject to applicable laws, in the event of a significant schedule change or flight disruption, you may be able to cancel your tickets and obtain a refund with payment of a reasonable admin fee. Please refer to the Scoot Fees Chart for current fees.
  • Bookings issued in "T" or "I" booking classes do not qualify for the accrual of HighFlyer points.

Disclaimer for Interline (Partner) Journeys

For flights operated by a partner carrier other than Scoot, you are subject to the partner carrier’s Conditions of Carriage and Terms & Conditions, copies of which may be obtained from the partner carrier via their website or call centre.

Scoot is not obliged to cover any expenses or losses incurred as a result of flight misconnections. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your journey.
