BookFlex & MultiFlex Terms and Conditions
- Applicable only for new bookings made via web, mobile or WeChat channels.
- Not available on any partnership portals Eg: KFUOB, NTUC, ALIPAY.
- You can only purchase one product for all passengers in the same booking because any change will be implemented for all passengers in the same booking itinerary.
- Fare difference will be chargeable, however no refund will be provided if the selected new flight fare is lower.
- Available for all Scoot flights only.
- Not applicable for connecting journeys with partner or interline airlines.
- Not available for checked-in bookings/segment. If any passenger in the booking has checked-in, you won't be able to change your flight.
- Product fee is non-refundable.
- Selected add-ons per original booking will be subjected to availability upon date change.
- If travel insurance has been purchased previously, customers are required to pay for new policy per new travel dates and the original policy purchased will be refunded to customers’ credit card.
- Flight date/time change must be made through ManageMyBooking on flyscoot.com at least 4 hours before standard departure time.
