Effective August 2024, it is mandatory for all passengers to present their itinerary or boarding pass with a 2D barcode to enter any terminal building in India. Passengers who do not possess this type of document will be denied entry and will not be allowed to travel. This regulation applies to all air carriers operating in India, including Scoot.
If you possess an itinerary or boarding pass without a 2D barcode, you will need to retrieve a new itinerary or boarding pass with a 2D barcode.
In cases where you have changed your reservation, please bring the updated itinerary with a 2D barcode to ensure compliance.
