Due to local government requirements, all Scoot flights departing from and arriving in Fuzhou, China, will operate from Terminal 2 of Fuzhou Changle International Airport (FOC), with effect from 16 September 2026.

Scoot’s check-in counters will be located inside Terminal 2 and will open 2.5 hours before a flight’s scheduled departure time. We advise all customers to arrive at the airport at least 120 minutes before departure to complete check-in procedures on time.
