Due to volcanic ash arising from the eruption of Mount Anak Krakatau, the following Scoot flights have been cancelled as a precautionary measure.
6 September 2026:
- TR274, originally scheduled to depart Singapore for Jakarta at 7.50am*
- TR275, originally scheduled to depart Jakarta for Singapore at 9.35am*
- TR276, originally scheduled to depart Singapore for Jakarta at 10.00am*
- TR277, originally scheduled to depart Jakarta for Singapore at 11.55am*
- TR308, originally scheduled to depart Singapore for Jakarta at 11.35am*
- TR309, originally scheduled to depart Jakarta for Singapore at 2.15pm*
- TR272D that was initially retimed to depart Singapore for Jakarta at 8.25pm*
- TR273D that was initially retimed to depart Jakarta for Singapore at 2.50pm*
- TR278, originally scheduled to depart Singapore for Jakarta at 6.15pm*
- TR279, originally scheduled to depart Jakarta for Singapore at 8.00pm*
- TR272, originally scheduled to depart Singapore for Jakarta at 8.30pm*
- TR273, originally scheduled to depart Jakarta for Singapore at 10.15pm*
Scoot has reached out to affected customers via their contact details provided, to inform them of the changes to their flights. Affected customers were provided the option to rebook their flights or a request for a full refund should they choose not to continue with their travel. For bookings made through travel agents or partner airlines, customers have been advised to contact their travel agent or purchasing airline directly for assistance.
