Dear Scoot Community,

Tomorrow is our big day for the Scoot and Tigerair merger, and we’re looking forward to a bigger, better, Scoot!

Meanwhile, we are upgrading our reservation system to serve you better.

From 25 July 2017 0000hrs to 0600hrs (GMT+8), you will not be able to access the website and mobile applications to make new bookings or manage existing bookings; regretfully this service is also not available at our Call Centre while the system is down. Web Check-in is not available at this time as well.

However, Fast Kiosk check-in will still be available at Changi Airport Terminal 2 for passengers departing from Singapore.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We’ll be back to get you Scooting again soon! Thank you.
