Scoot’s Reservation System Upgrade

We are upgrading our system to serve you better.

From 09 May 2016, 11:59 PM to 13 May 2016 06:00 AM (GMT +8), our reservation and check in system will be down. You will not be able to access the website and mobile applications to make new bookings or manage existing bookings; regretfully this service is also not available at our Call Centre while the system is down. Web check in is also not available at this time.

If you are departing on any Scoot flights between 09 May 2016, 11:59 PM and 13 May 2016, 06:00 AM (GMT +8), please present yourself for check in at least four (4) hours before the scheduled departure time* of your flight as check in will be performed manually at the airport.

Should you wish to make adjustments to your booking (where permitted by fare rules), or purchase add-ons, i.e. meals, baggage, etc., we encourage you to do so no later than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time of your flight, or before 10 May 2016, whichever is earlier.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding. We will do our best to process your check in as quickly as possible and facilitate on-time departure.
