Q: Are vouchers transferable?

A: No. Vouchers are issued to KrisFlyer members or their redemption nominees, and are not transferable. The voucher holder must be a travelling party in the itinerary for the voucher to be eligible for payment for the booking.

Q: What can these vouchers be used to pay for?

A: They can be used to offset the payment of fares, ancillary products and booking change fees unless otherwise stated. They cannot be used to offset the payment of airport/government taxes, fuel surcharge, Call Centre service fees or third-party products and services, including but not limited to travel insurance, car rentals, hotel bookings, MaxYourSpace, Bid 4 Biz, etc.

Q: Can I combine a voucher with my other Scoot vouchers?

A: Yes! You may combine multiple KrisFlyer redeemed Scoot vouchers issued to you, or combine a KrisFlyer redeemed Scoot voucher with other Scoot vouchers issued to you, to offset payment for a booking, subject to each individual voucher's terms & conditions.

Q: I am not able to use my voucher on flyscoot.com. Why is that so?

A: There could be a few reasons:

  • You are not a travelling party in the itinerary
  • Your voucher has expired
  • Your voucher number is incorrect
  • You have purchased travel insurance, hotel bookings or car rentals in your booking
